Interested in being a Sea Cadets adult leader?

The Sea Cadets program is the best youth program in America today! We are always looking for additional adult volunteers who are willing to give a few hours or many hours per month. Volunteers come from all walks of life, but we all have in common an interest in building the leaders of tomorrow! Military experience is not required.

    Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizen
  • 21 years of age or older*
  • Role model behavior and exemplary record (Background checks are done!)
  • Honorable discharge and copy of DD-214 (if former Armed Forces member)
  • Interest in working with youth
  • Flexible team player

*A special leadership position, Midshipman, exists for 18-21 year old high school graduates with experience in Sea Cadets, JROTC, ROTC, or a related military-based organization. Please inquire for more information.
**Military experience from ANY branch of service is preferred for this position.
