DEA Unit Trip
19 OCT, 2007 -- David McCampbell Battalion and Training Ship Lassen cadets visited the Drug Enforcement Agency's office in Orlando, FL.
As well as giving us a complete tour of their facilities, the agents also showed us a van that had a secret compartment for storing drugs and money.
We were allowed to handle their battering ram, which they use to knock down doors when making drug busts.
We also handled their protective shield, which is bullet proof, and has bright lights on the front for night-time busts.
